Our events bring attendees from our church body and beyond to grow together in faith and community.

Dust off your favorite recipe and get ready for a full night of fun and fellowship at our annual Chili Cook-Off. TVCers of all ages from both campuses will gather in the Chapel at the Hillsboro Village Campus. We’ll host the annual competition for chili, square dancing, activities for all ages and smores. Be sure to let us know you’re coming and what you plan to bring, whether it’s chili, a side dish or dessert to share by registering. Deadline to register for competition chili is TODAY!

As part of our First Wednesdays: Biblical Thinking series, we are excited to welcome author and Ravi Zacharias International Ministries speaker Sam Allberry for a special event. Christians are increasingly seen as outdated, restrictive and judgmental when it comes to sex before marriage, cohabitation and homosexuality. In his upcoming book Why Does God Care Who I Sleep With?, Sam digs into the Bible’s positive blueprint for love and marriage. Childcare is available by reservation.

TVC Kids – we are calling all writers, actors, directors and designers! Join us for TVC Kids Worship Arts: Act. Our creativity (and fun!) will have no limits as we learn more about how to honor God with our talents. Make plans to join us in the Living Room at the Hillsboro Village Campus as part of our First Wednesdays series. Be sure to register to join us for this fun evening!

Are you looking to learn more about our church, its history, how it functions and what we believe? Whether you are new to TVC or have been here a while, we invite you to our next Intro To TVC luncheon. We’ll meet immediately following the 11:30 am service for a light lunch and time to meet our staff as well as learn more about the mission of our church.  Please RSVP by March 4.

Put your feet to your faith and grow in community with other TVCers at our monthly Second Saturdays of City Service. This March, we’ll be serving Daystar Counseling Ministry by completing some yard work, painting and planting flowers. We’ll gather together in the Living Room at the Hillsboro Village Campus on March 15 at 8:15 am for a brief time of prayer before getting to work. Learn more and register at

When difficult and dark seasons happen in our lives, it’s as important as ever to be surrounded by fellow believers to walk alongside in the valleys. Our new “Out of the Darkness, Into the Light” Sunday School class is a six-week intensive study intended for believers who are going through a season of disconnectedness from God or dealing with depression and anxiety. This class will foster discussion and prayer as a community of fellow sojourners, with the prayers that the Holy Spirit will be at work  to call us out of darkness and into His marvelous light. No registration required. Learn more about our current and upcoming classes at

Lent Devotional Books

During the upcoming season of Lent, we are inviting our TVC family to join us in a unique form of observance. Rather than a season of denial and fasting, we will focus on celebrating the gifts and resources of our faith, secured for us by Christ’s death and resurrection through daily prayers and readings. Simply stop by the Info Table at the Hillsboro Village Campus or the table at the back of the Chapel at the East Nashville Campus to pick up your Lent at TVC devotional book.
