TVC Missions Board

Convoy of Hope, a faith-based organization founded in 1994, has a driving passion to feed the world through children’s feeding initiatives, community outreaches and disaster response. With a long history as an early responder in time of natural disasters, Convoy of Hope has been a Four Star Charity as recognized by Charity Navigator for 15 years and since 1994, they have served more than 115 million people. They are ready to serve the Bahamas and U.S. in the wake of Hurricane Dorian. Convoy of Hope deployed a team to Nassau, Bahamas Tuesday morning to work with local partners to provide help to those in need by distributing food, water, hygiene items and other disaster relief supplies. They also pre-positioned a response team in Nashville this week to deploy to areas impacted by Dorian as it moved along the eastern coast of Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas.
