Fall Programming Preview School supplies, sweaters and pumpkins… oh my! Though we may still be enjoying the warm summer days, we’re already planning for Fall 2019 here at The Village Chapel. There are a number of ways you’ll be able to connect with others and grow in your faith across both campuses.

Promotion Sunday for TVC Kids is on August 4 with our new Fall Women’s Studies beginning that same week. In September we’ll kick off a new 30s/40s Sunday Morning Group, “The Prayers of Paul” Sunday School class and the semester start of our College-Age Ministry. Our Home Groups, Men’s Groups, 50s+ Group and Youth Group will also continue to meet at various times during the week. There will be plenty of other opportunities to engage with our church outside of Sunday mornings including First Wednesdays (featuring our Biblical Thinking: The Big Whys series and the TVC Kids Worship Arts) as well as An Evening of Worship & Prayer and the Creative Arts Potluck later in the season. Finally be sure to mark those calendars for September 28 for our annual family favorite Fall Fest. Stay tuned for more information in the weeks to come, at events.thevillagechapel.com.

New Art Show: Bill Killebrew With the wealth of extraordinary creative talent in Nashville, we love to feature the incredible artists in our church from time to time in the TVC Gallery (located in the Living Room at TVC Main). Our latest art show, entitled Recently Painted Pictures, Mostly, features the work of Bill Killebrew. All of the pictures in his show, are drawn from immediate surroundings, home, work, places, people and family. Take a look in the Living Room at TVC Main and learn more about the inspiration behind these pieces.

Fall Women’s Studies: Fundamentals of Faith All women of The Village Chapel are invited to join us for our Fall Women’s Bible Studies happening at both our Main and East campuses at various days and times during the week. These groups will all be starting a new series called “Fundamentals of Faith”, a study focused on The New City Catechism. This is a wonderful way to meet other women in our church in similar life stages and strengthen your faith in a group setting. Learn more at women.thevillagechapel.com
