Find some inspiration at the next Creative Arts Potluck on Friday, August, at 6 pm in the Living Room at TVC Main. Bring a dish to share and hear Brooke Griffith talk about her new show, Flora & Fauna: The Gilded South. We’ll also enjoy music by composer and violinist David Davidson. Childcare is available for Nursery and Preschool (older kids are welcome at the event). Sign up at the Info Table or and bring a dish to share.

The Creative Arts Potluck is one of the most enduring regular gatherings at TVC, and you don’t need to be a professional artist to attend. In fact, you don’t have to have any artistic ability at all. These potlucks are open to anyone with an interest in creativity and the arts, providing a more relaxed, intimate way to interact with other TVCers than our larger Sunday services allow.

Each evening is unique, but they share a similar program that includes hearing from the artist or artists currently showing in the TVC Gallery (aka the Living Room at TVC Main) and there is often live music or readings as well. Over the years, we’ve heard from a wide range of visual artists, woodworkers, photographers, writers and musicians. Best of all, to participate you just sign up online and bring an entrée, side dish, salad or dessert to share. We hope to see you there!
