Young Adults Potluck and New Study TVC Young Adults Sunday Morning Gathering is celebrating finishing their current study with a potluck this morning for TVCers in their 20s or early 30s. Then the group will start a new study next Sunday in the Family Room on April 29 at 10 am. They’ll dive into a series on Faith and Work, discussing how what we hear on Sunday mornings impacts what we do the rest of the week.
College-Age Ministry Study Break Finals week can be pretty hectic, so if you’re college-age (whether you’re in school or not) come by TVC’s Living Room this Wednesday, April 25, at 6:30 pm for a study break. We’ll be serving up breakfast-type foods and plenty of coffee. Contact Kelly Richardson (615-294-1489) or Jonathan Harrell (615-609-3228) for more info about this or other College-Age Ministry events and studies.
With Hope In Mind Meets This Sunday TVC’s own Bill and Mary Jean Murphy facilitate this family member and caregiver support group in association with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). The faith-based group meets the fourth Sunday of each month, so join us for our next meeting THIS SUNDAY at 3 pm in the Green Room at TVC East.
Home Group Leaders Interest Meeting Calling all potential Home Group leaders (and hosts)! If you’re interested in finding out more about what’s involved in leading a Home Group for TVC, come to an informational meeting on Sunday, May 6 at 12:45 pm in the Living Room at TVC Main. Lunch will be provided, so please RSVP at events.thevillagechapel.com so we can plan. Attending does not commit you, but we will answer questions about leading or hosting a home group this fall. Note: leaders/hosts will need to undergo a five-week training over the summer.
